Allow Auto-creation and Auto-deletion of Box folders in NetSuite per record
Introduce functionality within the Box–NetSuite integration to automatically create associated Box folders when a NetSuite record is created, eliminating the need for users to manually click the “Default” button.
Additionally, enable automatic deletion of the corresponding Box folder when the related NetSuite record is deleted, ensuring better data hygiene and consistency between systems.
As part of this enhancement, provide administrators or consultants with the ability to toggle this feature on or off by record type, allowing organizations to apply automation selectively based on their business needs.
