Box Sign Templates: ability to retain recipient details (e.g. email address, SMS authentication phone numbers)
In Box Sign templates, we would like the ability to retain recipient details such as email addresses and SMS authentication phone numbers.
Currently, these values must be entered manually each time, which increases the risk of input errors and reduces operational efficiency.
As an alternative, it would be helpful to have one of the following features:
The ability to save and select recipients (including phone numbers) from a “favorites” or predefined list
The ability to export and import template settings, including recipient information
These enhancements would significantly improve usability, reduce human error, and streamline repetitive workflows.
