Box Sign: Prevent automatic managed account creation for login-required external signers
Problem statement
When a Box Sign request is sent with Login Required, recipients without an existing Box account must create one before signing. If their email domain belongs to an enterprise with Auto Enrolment enabled, this results in a managed enterprise account being created even though the user only needs to sign a document.
Requested enhancements
• Allow login-required signing without provisioning a managed Box account.
• Exempt Box Sign account creation from Auto Enrollment.
• Allow administrators to configure this behavior.
This would be particularly valuable for enterprise-to-enterprise signing workflows where recipients are not intended to become Box users.
The current workflow is broken as SSO restriction doesn't allow the staged user to login or complete the sign-in process anyways, essentially making the pre-provisinoing\staging unwanted\stale entry.
