Live Document Access During the Signing Process
Currently, Box Sign only makes the completed document available once all recipients have signed. This is problematic when some recipients need to access the document before others have signed.
It would be useful to have a single, live document link which:
- Is accessible to all recipients throughout the signing process, including those without Box accounts.
- Updates automatically as each signature is added.
- Allows recipients to view or download the latest version at any time.
- Remains unchanged throughout the process, with the signing log and audit trail available at any stage, even before all signatures have been collected.
This would be particularly beneficial for site H&S documentation, where different staff members may need to access and sign documents at different times.
