Add more granular options concerning EMM

If you are logged out of the Box app, you will have to re-save all your content for offline.

Disable the automatic creation of the My Photos folder when installing Mobile App.
Disable the automatic upload of camera images and the subsequent creation of a folder to store the uploads.

No doc preview on web app via mobile
When external users click in the shared link without using the Box app (so only on the phone browser), they do not get preview capabilities in the browser. It only gives them the option to download the content which is impossible.
Dropbox does allow this feature. Would you consider developing it?

Separate current mobile admin console features to iOS and Android-specific
The current mobile settings in Admin Console apply for both iOS and Android. For organizations with complex requirements and technical solutions, it does not always make sense to have the same settings on both OS. It would be helpful to have the set of options for iOS and the set of options for Android.

We would like to enforce complex passcodes in Box for EMM to meet encryption requirements for mobile apps

Ability to control what file information is visible when viewing file list
Some users have mentioned that it is more important to them to see the entire file name rather than have it truncated and see the timestamp and other details. The ability to choose what is visible on this page might be one way to resolve this.

Provide 1 month notice before releasing new functionality
This is not only for Box for EMM but also other apps like Box for iOS/Android /etc.
0 votesWe currently plan on monthly releases. EMM tends to release 2 weeks after the standard app, assuming there are no major issues discovered.

Ability to Leave Comments on Files While Offline
While being offline, having the ability to leave comments on files and have them send/sync when the user is back online.

Prompt to accept TOS for external users
Scenario:
An enterprise requires custom TOS to be accepted. If those TOS change, external users no longer see the folders they had access to from that company. They do not receive a message that explains why.
It would be helpful if they were directed to log in via computer and accept Terms of Service.0 votesThere are no APIs available for the mobile apps to perform TOS functionality.
