No doc preview on web app via mobile
When external users click in the shared link without using the Box app (so only on the phone browser), they do not get preview capabilities in the browser. It only gives them the option to download the content which is impossible.
Dropbox does allow this feature. Would you consider developing it?

We are not prioritizing this feature for development. We are happy to reconsider with additional demand.
