approve TOS via Salesfotce integration
you cant approve TOS through the SF integration. you get the notification, they you click agree, then there is a white screen and nothing happens.... then you need to approve again.
looks like a bug.
you can only approve via webapp.
very frustratinsyou should have same capabilities via the SF integration as we get on webapp.

Ability to edit file on external apps without saving files locally
Ability to edit file on external apps without saving files locally.
For example, if user would like to edit files on "Microsoft Office" app, they need to set “Files can be saved to device: On “ on Admin console > Enterprise settings > Mobile
But some users cannot set "ON" due to their security policy. "Open In" icon is grayed out.1 vote -
Respect Rights on Box For Teams
Create a check Box "Respect Rights" when adding an existent folder to Box Files of Box for Teams V2.
Be able to get back the Box for Teams V1 mechanism.
In my IT Teams, Support Team and Infra Team has a separate Box file tree with different rights, i want Box Files to respect it.

Adobe integration editor permission
For the Adobe integration, when updating a document to a PDF format, the PDF should automatically save in the same location in which the document currently resides. This is only currently possible if the Owner/Co-Owner of the content/folder initiates the PDF creation. This should be extended to the Editor permission role.

Enable DocuSign Integration for "Viewer" permission
We would like users with Viewer permission to use DocuSign Integration but it currently does not work while Adobe Sign or other apps does. Please enable Integration with DocuSign (e.g. Send with DocuSign) for Viewer users.

GSuite template/theme creation

Box and Zendesk Integration
Many companies are using the capabilities of Zendesk.
There is a 500MB limit for uploading Zendesk free plans.So I'd like to use Box's shared link when uploading material to Zendesk.
It will be more convenient if you can select Box folders and files from Zendesk like Box for Office.I hope this feature will be implemented in the near future.

Apply Sync Now feature of Box for Salesforce for inactive SFDC users
Currently, Sync Now feature of Box for Salesforce doesn't apply to users who have been disabled in Salesforce.
We want you to apply the processing to inactive users on Salesforce.

Add 'Only I Sign' Adobe Sign Feature
Add the 'Only I Sign' feature in Adobe Sign, where only they sign a document. Currently this only works if they download it from Box and then re-upload it into Adobe's workflow, but they want to keep all of their users working in Box only. They also have lots of documents that only need the signature of one person.

Box file URL available when viewing through Salesforce
It would be great if we could grab the original Box URL for a file or folder from the integration within Salesforce. Since we share many documents internally, it is so much easier and faster to grab the direct link from Box, which creates several separate steps (and defeats the purpose of keeping our users in Salesforce). Being able to pull the Box URL directly from Salesforce would create additional efficiencies.

According to this page, User cannot block personal accounts with BVE when he is using Box for Salesforce.

Kami Extension Integration
We are using Kami extension to edit PDF files on Chromebook so perhaps BOX IT team can consider to add Kami or something similar in the future. Would like to be able to open and integrate with an application/extension that would allow her to use Google Chromebooks and be able to open/edit PDF files via Box Edit.

With Box SDK for Salesforce, currently, in order to re-associate a given folder ID with a different SFDC ID, you can delete the associated FRUP ID in the SFDC UI via the FRUP report (https://community.box.com/t5/Integrations-Troubleshooting/Generating-a-FRUP-Report-in-the-Box-Salesforce-Integration/ta-p/53772) and then call createFolderAssociation() to re-map. It would be helpful to have an API call for the 1st step of deleting the FRUP record in SFDC

Dicom
Large folder has 2000 image files and 2 are corrupt. Currently the importer stalls and errors out due to the 2 corrupt files. Would it be possible to have a way to bypass this and tell the importer to go ahead and render the final study.boxdicom file WITHOUT all the files (2) being uploaded?
