    Pop up confirmation listing content prior to moving content to Archive will help in confirming what should be going to Archive as a last check before the content gets moved

  2. Allow Admins/Approved Users to Archive outside of admin portal

    While there is nothing wrong with the current process, I would be less disruptive to our workflows for users with the ability to use archive to be able to 'move to archive' without entering the admin console.

    With the current implementation, if our admin see content that needs to be archived, they first need to go to the admin console, then find the content a second time before archiving.
