Make changes and collaboration within BoxNotes more obvious: show when users have made changes, show deleted content/versions, etc.
Differences: show changes for a particular time period. e.g., Smartsheet lets you see changes for the last day, week, month, year, etc.
Differences: show changes for particular users; maybe a different color for each user or some popup or marker next to the line showing who made the changes
Differences doesn't show anything that was deleted. I suppose since there's nothing to highlight. Perhaps consider keeping the text with a strikethrough or perhaps an indicator on that line to show/hide the text that was deleted

Agree with this idea. I'd like something like MS Word's track changes feature which can be enabled/disabled. When enabled, the Box Note text would be displayed such that content is associated with the user that entered/deleted it. Each user's content would be highlighted either with font color or font background color (or both), and edits would have timestamps with username/timestamp displayed in the document margin or possibly using the existing Comment feature's infrastructure. Deleted content would be shown as strikethrough or greyed out along with identifying which user deleted the content and a timestamp for that deletion.

Can you please just copy google docs?
- Show who edited what when and where when I want to see it
-Allow suggested edits
-Allow me to go back and revert to any previous versionThere's several suggestions that basically boil down to: Google Docs is better, please copy them.
