Enhance Governance package to have option to Modify / Delete Classifications and Policies

Currently, a policy associated with a document cannot be changed even if the document classification is changed.

    Hi product team!

    Commenting to add that currently classifications cannot be deleted. I'll be opening a new feature request as a result.
