Account Deactivated Message
We would like custom deactivated messages to redirect users to our helpdesk.
Current:
"Your account has been deactivated. Your administrator has deactivated this account. Please contact your administrator at EMAIL"
Proposed:
"Your account has been deactivated. Your administrator has deactivated this account. If you think this was a mistake, please contact the Company Helpdesk."
We are not prioritizing custom messages for in app pop-ups at the moment. This is an edge use case, resource-intensive, and has a low ROI for the majority of our users. We will let you know if anything changes.

I am currently an admin for the enterprise account at my company. It's a large company, but only a select group has Box accounts because recently my company decided they were going to use another service. My group and I decided we needed to keep Box for business purposes. That said, other people that no longer have access to their old Box account try to log in and I show up as their admin. I imagine it's because of their domain. I would LOVE it if I could change the message they receive to something like the one mentioned above: "Your account has been deactivated. Your administrator has deactivated this account. If you think this was a mistake, please contact the Company Helpdesk." or even contact Box Help, instead of "Your administrator deactivated this account. Think it's a mistake? Please email you administrator (my email) for details. This situation is especially frustrating, because I was not the one that deactivated their account and I am definitely not their admin.
Is this something that will be worked on or has already a fix that I can implement?

Has this issue been addressed? I see that it was posted in 2016 , are there any work arounds to change the message?
