Drag and Drop folder moves in the New UI

We'd like the ability to move selected folders in the WebUI to another folder. Currently, you can multi select, but you can't drag and drop - you have to click "Move"

This is an existing feature. The user can select multiple items, then drag and drop into another folder on the current page.
