Enable users/developers to set Content-Type header on file download
A user requests you treat .PKPass files with a different Content-Type header on download so the iPhone can handle it properly and add it to the user's Passbook.
However, other users would like to be able to influence/set the Content-Type header when initiating a download.
It would be helpful for folks who are trying to have greater control over the user experience, particularly when there is no baked in support for every file type.
