Android File Association Fix
On Android, other apps prompt you to "open with" when opening a file there is no association for (ps1, vbs, lang of your choice). However Box makes no such prompt. Please update Box Android to offer an "open with" dialog like other apps have. I'm completely baffled with how the product ships without absolute basic functionality. This is a cloud sync software. How the heck can I not Edit the file with the appropriate app, make changes and have it immediately get synced back to the cloud?
I can't open a text file or my keepass kbdx file with my text editor or KeePass program respectively. It's a kludgy download, update with the app, exit the app, upload the file back to Box cloud. WTH?
On the Desktop side, I just uninstalled BoxSync and installed BoxDrive, just to find that it's hardcoded to use the C drive on which I have limited space. Instead of using my 2TB D drive.
Does anyone programming actually use the software? If not, how about using Dropbox which had this basic functionality a decade ago?
