    Finding where to file a support ticket is next to impossible.

    There is chat support but it shows "online" when it is not online, and nothing happens when you click it (not even an error message). Bad customer experience.

    This is disappointing as Box support used to be outstanding. Has really gone downhill.

    I completely agree. Dropbox has better customer service
