Placement of "Upload" Button next to "New" Button is confusing and causing mis-clicks. Request to move it so that it is not immediately next to "New".

I usually drag and drop for uploads, so not sure the Upload button has much value where it is. Whereas I am regularly using "New" to create folders, bookmarks, files, etc.
