I have files and folders on box.com, but the same are not getting synced with my desktop. How do I make the web folders come into my desktop
I have created files on my ipad and the same are created on box.com webpage also, but they are not syncing with my desktop
What I save on my phone or ipad is not coming into my desktop?

login to the browser using google chrome, click on the folder or item you want to sync to your desktop, on the right-hand side of the screen there is a sidebar where you can click on details, then toggle the switch ON to sync that folder to your desktop. You may have to restart your computer or sync the box sync folder as well. It also takes some time to download the materials to the desktop but that should do it.
