Update Box File Request with additional functionality so that it can perform as a PBC request list similar to Suralink.

E.g. add more fields, enable option so the File Request does not have to all be completed all at once, enable a dashboard for sender and receiver to see completion progress on the full File Request, enable ability for creator of file request to approve items on the file request and mark them complete, enable ability for sender and receiver to edit the File Request retroactively after submissions.
