Admin aggregate account-wide trash folder
It would be helpful to have access to an aggregate Trash folder for the entire account such that finding recently deleted items is as easy as browsing to that folder and sorting by date deleted.

Ability for Admin to see trash across entire instance, search it, restore in bulk, etc.

In addition, this would potentially allow administrators the ability to clear out trash folders on users' behalf more easily vs per policy or after modifying policy.
