Lock content areas
Add the ability for the board owner to lock some content so that people cannot move it by accident. It helps when collaborating on a board with multiple users.

This is at the top of my list for working smoothly and quickly. Others have commented on clear cases. I want to look a background rectangle and work with the content inside. It is problematic that I can't select all the post-its and text inside a rectangle without also selecting the rectangle.
A related topic is grouping. I want a container box that I can drag and all the contained content moves with it.

Yes there definitely needs to be a way to lock or freeze elements (especially background elements). Even going through the Box tutorial was annoying since every time you try to click-and-drag to select multiple objects, you would always accidentally drag the background element instead.
