bulk filename change
Add a “bulk change” features, such as:
For all files edited after 1/1/2011 in "Customers" folder,
if the filename begins with “11.” “12.” “22.” “23.” etc.,
then change filename to begin with “2011.” “2012.” “2022.” “2023.” etc.
