Creating jobs manually via the UI is not a problem for a small number of jobs, but it can become a long and error-prone tasks in the case of larger migrations with dozens of jobs.
It'd be useful to create multiple migration jobs by specifying creation parameters via a CSV or Excel file.
In addition, it'd be useful to have bulk created jobs using the same source to be automatically queued for execution.
