Speed up the file indexing process

Accoding to the website, indexing usually takes around 10 minutes (sometimes more than 10 minutes), but it often takes half a day to a day or more.
This indexing process is taking too much time and affecting the invoicing process, so we would like to improve the processing speed.

ウェブサイトではインデックス処理は10分程度（場合によっては10分を超える）と書いてありますが、たびたび半日～1日以上かかることがあります。
このインデックス作成処理に時間がかかりすぎており、請求書発行処理に影響を及ぼしているため、処理速度を改善したいです。
