The session duration of the Box Canvas is affected by the "Session Duration for All Users".
Therefore, in Box Canvas, if you exceed the time set for "Session Duration for All Users", you will be returned to the login page when you refresh the Box Canvas page.
To avoid this, you will need to navigate the Box Web UI or refresh the page.
I'd like to see improvements so that the session doesn't time out while editing Box Canvas.

Box Canvasのセッション時間は「すべてのユーザーのセッション持続時間」の影響を受けています。
そのためBox Canvasでは「すべてのユーザーのセッション持続時間」に設定している時間を超過すると、Box Canvasのページを更新した際にログインページに戻ります。
回避するためには、Box Web UIの操作やページの更新を行う必要があります。
Box Canvasの編集中もセッションタイムアウトにならないよう改善をお願いいたします。
