DOWNLOAD DELETED FILE

Would like the option to download a deleted file instead on Restoring it. I would like to be able to download to my downloads folder instead of just restoring the file to its original location.

    Downloading of deleted files is critical as we need to be able to see if the file is the correct one and not a prior version that could possibly cause governance issues.
