Adjust Platform Activity Report to be Relative Timezone to User/Browser
Currently, the date picker for admin reports is relative to a user's browser settings. However, the Platform Activity Report just uses Pacific time (PST). Often, this can be inconsequential/unnoticed, but under the right conditions, such as if a report is scheduled to run before 9 AM EST, the report needs to push into the prior day in PST, so the output displays essentially a 1 day offset. This is confusing to customers when encountered, and the logic for the report itself should mirror everything else in Box (relative to a user's timezone settings - whether on the account, or their browser).
