The issue may be caused by one of the following:
Lack of access permissions
Although I am able to log in, I may not have been granted the necessary permissions (e.g., Viewer or Editor) to view the relevant folder or files.
Expired or restricted shared link
The shared link may have expired or been restricted to specific users, preventing access.
Incomplete multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup
In some Box environments, even if login is successful, access to files may be restricted if the MFA setup is not fully completed. This may be related to the recent device failure.
