Improve tenant-wide search function in Content Manager
It is helpful to be able to perform a tenant-wide search where only the content name, or part of it, is known. In the old Content Manager UI, searching by content name without any additional filters yielded much better results than the new Content Manager UI. In the previous UI, a folder or file with the most keywords matching would surface to the top of the results list. In the new UI, even if the content does exist somewhere, without using additional filters to narrow the search, often times irrelevant content is surfaced. Even selecting simple things, like whether it's a file or a folder, or the type of file it is, does not improve the relevance of the results. The added filters in the new UI are very helpful when you know where you're looking for something (ex: what user owns it), but not so helpful for a broad search.
