Need more explanation for "Unknown IP" on User Activity Report
It would be helpful for the User Activity Report to show something like "Box internal IP" or "Legit IP" in the IP Address column when the IP falls into "Use Box’s internal IP address".
Customers sometimes want to know the reason of "Unknown IP" description for their User Activity Report events.
The article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415012490387-User-Activity-Report says "Unknown IP" is shown when the IP address falls into "Spoof an IP address", "Use a VPN proxy", or "Use Box’s internal IP address" situations.
If it falls into "Use Box’s internal IP address" situation, customers do not have to worry about it because it is a legit IP address.
If it falls into "Spoof an IP address" or "Use a VPN proxy", they might want to investigate how it happened on their end if needed.
However, they can not find which pattern it falls into from just the "Unknown IP" description.
For example, if the User Activity Report shows something like "Box internal IP" for "Use Box’s internal IP address" pattern, customers can tell that they don't have to worry as long as it shows "Box internal IP" since it was kicked by a legit IP address.
This is an improvement request.
