While in Outlook, the ability to drag & drop files directly into Box folders - not via the Box Web App, directly from Outlook
Insurance companies still heavily rely on working with emails. The current Box for Outlook integration is one way, ie. you can share documents out from Outlook.
Insurance companies require the ability to drag and drop files directly from Outlook into Box files without leveraging the Box Web App.
