AI Summarize document content capability for Signers
Hi Box Team,
We would love to see Box AI integrated directly into the Box Sign experience for signers.
Currently, if an executive or legal rep wants to summarize a contract or check key terms before signing, they have to download the document and upload it to a separate AI tool. This creates extra steps and pulls them entirely out of the Box ecosystem.
Bringing Box AI into the signer view would allow users to securely review documents without leaving the workflow. It would also help Box Sign match industry standards set by platforms like DocuSign, where native AI review is quickly becoming the expectation.
