Add VTT (transcript) file support to Box AI
Request:
Enable Box AI (Ask, Extract, Hubs, Agents) to ingest and analyze VTT (.vtt / WebVTT) files.
Reasons:
VTT is the default transcript format for Zoom and Microsoft Teams, so a massive volume of VTT files is already stored in Box.
Transcripts contain high-value data (decisions, action items, customer voice, Q&A), but Box AI currently cannot read them at all.
Leaving this data unusable is a major lost opportunity for Box AI's value.
Nice to have:
VTT preview support in Box Preview.
要望：
Box AI（Ask / Extract / Hubs / Agents）で VTT（.vtt / WebVTT）ファイルを取り込み・分析できるようにしてほしい。
理由：
VTT は Zoom と Microsoft Teams のデフォルトのトランスクリプト形式であり、すでに大量の VTT ファイルが Box に蓄積されている。
トランスクリプトには意思決定・アクションアイテム・顧客の声・Q&A など価値の高い情報が含まれるが、現状 Box AI は一切読み込めない。
このデータを活用できないことは、Box AI の価値にとって大きな機会損失。

Box Preview での VTT 表示対応。
