Box Entra Gallery App integration
We're in the process of migrating from our current IdP service to Entra Enterprise Apps and need to reach parity in Entra with current IdP capabilities. For the most part we have parity for Box using the gallery app in Entra with two key gaps.
- Automated Personal Folder creation, using a standard naming convention, to a nominated root folder at the time the account is provisioned, with the user added as a Co-Owner to the Personal Folder
- Assignment of user Role Type at account creation time. We currently use Group Assignments to determine if a user is assigned the Member or Co-Admin role type. We need to do this or the Co-Admin Role Types get overwritten with Member type when IdP provisioning syncs profile updates for users
I understand that Microsoft own's the Box Gallery app in Entra but would be great if Box can lean on Microsoft to introduce these two missing capabilities
