Support Custom Domain Authentication for Box Sign (DKIM / DMARC Alignment)
Problem:
Currently, Box Sign notification emails are sent strictly using noreply@box.com. Because Box Sign does not support custom DKIM or return-path alignment for customer domains, recipient mail servers (especially enterprise security gateways for local enterprisess which doesn't uses world wide system such as ms outlook, gmail server system) frequently flag or block these emails as spam/phishing due to strict DMARC policies.
Requested Feature:
Please support Custom Domain Authentication (such as providing SendGrid Automated Security CNAME records) for Box Sign, allowing customers to align DKIM/SPF/DMARC with their own corporate domain (e.g., @company.com).
Impact:
This is critical for enterprise customers who rely on Box Sign for external B2B contracts without missing important signature request notifications.
