Pre-share content summary and acknowledgment for sensitive files
Signant Health is requesting an additional verification step before users share sensitive content, particularly when using a Shield user justification to override an external-sharing smart access restriction. The proposed page would display a Box AI-generated summary of the file and require users to check a box confirming they have reviewed the summary and intend to share the content with the selected recipients before proceeding. Attaching a screenshot of their proposed desire solution they created with Claude.
