Automatic compression functionality
Implement automatic compression of media files (especially videos) or the ability to stream compressed ones only during preview.
Examples of requested features that are useful for business:
Ease preview restrictions on media files.
Eliminate the need to process files (separate or compress files).

Provide option to omit the Signup and Login buttons from shared links (downloladable)
Please provide the option to omit the Signup and Login buttons for shared links (downloadable).
The presence of the Signup and Login buttons reduces the value of our Box.com account since the only way to circumvent the Box.com marketing fluff is to copy file from box to our CMS rather than just referencing our Box.com files. The existence of the Signup button both on the preview and pop-up that displays after clicking download results in calls to our support center from visitors to our website. In the 3D preview menu bar, I can manually set the desired value such as RenderMode as Shape. Need configuration in ui element or preview link API so that by default RenderMode - Shape is selected

Can Box please improve the level of fidelity of text files preview in Box's Web App? We have reports that are generated as text files, and these reports are formatted (with spaces) so the information is readable and consistent. Request: Improvement of preview of high resolution movie in Box
Currently, when users preview movie files( .mov) in Box web app, sevearal issues happens depending on the files
Unable to read the preview screen
The preview stops suddenly in the middle of the movie file and unable to start again.

I want you to support high-quality videos such as 2160p and 4320p.
The improvement in image quality of photographic equipment in recent years is remarkable.

Integrated 360° image viewer
Integrate a 360-degree viewer into the preview to store, share and display 360° images with the possibility to pan and zoom around. Box is lacking this option right now and when uploading 360 images to Box they become flattened and distorted.

Render InDesign files previews with high quality
When Box creates a preview of Indesign .indd files, placed images are shown in low quality only. This prevents to run correction and approval processes with customers as some image formats aren't rendered at all (white images area), especially images with transparencies and vector images like .ai, .eps, but also .psd.
We are an ad agency and we depend on properly rendered previews.
Is there a way to render the previews in correct quality and resolution without beeing forced to create a PDF instead for approval?i can see two options:

I would like to be able to view the history of previous versions of files that are compatible with the Excel online previewer on the Box Web

The new formatting just implemented is horrible, why did you change it? :(
Go back to the formatting you had, please. This new grid view is less zoomed in so it really serves as a less optimal preview!

Restore the zoom feature in grid view
Please restore the zoom feature in grid view. This feature is extremely useful in photo shoots where thousands of photos need to be seen quickly.
