    On Windows you can set HKLM\Software\Box\Box Sync\UseDefaultUserAgent to change the user agent string used during login.

  11. Mass enable notifications under Account Settings --> Sharing - General Email and Notification

    We want to encourage people to rely on messages in Box as well as via email if more appropriate. Currently, the default is that the email notifications are turned off. We would like to be able to choose to default ON with individuals deselecting if they prefer.

    In order to expose the full file name the user must manually extend the file explorer in width.

  16. Manage external collaborators en masse.

    Some Ricardo users have over 50 external collaborators on a single folder. They cannot find any facility to download a list of current collaborators or a way to change the permissions of multiple users en masse.

  18. Request to have webapp type filters when searching Box Drive on the desktop.

    We would like to transition to Box Drive and having search filters in the Box Drive search bar would be helpful in finding files and as a stopgap for OS search.
