My invisible menu bar "Box" item on Mac Big Sur
Best you change color of your menu bar item - on my Mac (Big Sur) the characters are white - and are invisible - maybe at least bluish or grayish? Ok?

More Options menu floats upwards
Make the More Options menu self-conscious so it knows whether it's entirely visible. I wanted to download the first file and when I clicked on More Options in List View, the Download option was too high up, under the browser menu, where I couldn't access it. I have a screen print but your feedback doesn't allow it to be included (more room for improvement!).

two different folders on quick access
to have copies of both A' and B' Box folders in my Quick Access folder

Mass Remove Favorites
- Bring up your Favorites
- Click on the triple dots
- Select 'Remove as a Favorite'
- Checkbox appears next to every Favorite
- After the items you want to remove are checked click a button to save your selection

Easily Switch Between Online and Windows Explorer

The sidebar on th eLEFT comes out, but won't go back. To see the files, I have to have BOX be th e whole screen which is STUPID>
Have a button at top of sidebar where we can minimize the sidebar.

*.jar files should not be opened like *.zip files
I sometimes share software patches with customers via Box. The files are often .jar... This is the file extension for Java Archives, which are a type of .zip format. However, unlike .zip, they are not intended to be opened by users. The Box interface (desktop at least) previews the files/folders inside a selected .jar file. It is confusing to the user. Instead, these files should be handled as downloads only.

Error message when sharing due to inclusion of URL in message
When sharing a file or folder, the optional message will trigger an error if the user includes a URL in the message text. Instead of just validating the message body in context, the validation cancels the entire sharing popup interface and all of the email addresses that the user carefully entered and the entire message body that the user carefully crafted is lost. Why not just prompt the user to not type a URL and leave the sharing popup interface intact for correction? Also, an email address included in the message body is apparently considered a URL, which is not…

Provide access to space used and space available at the Box taskbar icon, rather than having to get into account settings.

Make an Alias of Box Drive
Hello,
Previously, while using Box Sync on Mac OS, I was able to get quick access to the files by making an alias of the Box Sync folder.
I was also able to set the Finder preferences so that "New Finder Windows Show the Box folder."
However, it looks like neither of these are possible with Box Drive. Is there any way to make an easy shortcut to Box? The only option I've found is to place Box Drive in Launchpad.

Sidebar is too dark
Font needs to be legible in sidebar of Favorites. Currently the font is white when viewing list of all files, but font turns black when viewing a specific folder. It's too hard to read black words upon blue background. Please revise, thanks.

MAC OS Spotlight search for Box Drive
Ability to search for Box files from the Mac OS Spotlight Search feature. Allow all files/folders I have access to in Box/Drive to surface in the search functionality on my Mac desktop.

Box Drive icon size
Would like for the Box Drive icons to be bigger again. On the latest version of Box Drive 2.16, they are smaller and that makes it harder for them to determine whether or not files are locked.

Popup
After I edit a file, a green notification popup is displayed telling me I just edited the file. This popup follows me around and prohibits me from clicking links (edit file e.g.) until I close it. While somewhat minor, it is rather annoying to have to close each popup notification, when moving about and editing multiple files. Thanks.

Change login flow of desktop apps so it does not use default browsers
Box Notes also uses the same login flow as Box Drive - which uses the default browsers to login (IE for Windows, Safari for Mac).
We have Windows and our Idp cannot use IE for the login process. We would like to request support for using other browsers or a different login process that does not require IE.

The font on my Box account is so small I can barely see it. I've tried adjusting my display settings to enlarge, but nothing changes in Box.

Select folders from hard drive to sync with box
It would be very convenient to have an application that would allow a person to go in from their Windows Explorer to flag folders that already exist on the hard drive that would be synced and updated on Box. I would strongly prefer this to having to sync things the other way around, as I consider my hard drive to be my "home base". For instance, I would like to just right-click on my work folder located on my hard drive, and then select an option that would flag it to be synced with my box account so that any…
