Batch preview of multiple files
When a large number of documents are sent from other users, it is currently necessary to open each document one by one.
When a large number of files are opened at the same time, it takes time to open them, which is inefficient.
We would like to have the ability to “preview” selected documents at once.--日本語訳--

Spellcheck Suggestions for Comments while previewing a document
The benefit is that when we need to add extensive comments, we could be sure that spelling is correct and prevent confusion and additional back & forth. The spellcheck suggestion can just be a simple underline text that indicates spelling errors.
As a workaround, I can make the comments in another text software, but that slows down productivity if I have to constantly switch between applications.
Please add spellcheck capability for comments!

Date and time functions will not work correctly in shared Excel file
When an external collaborator opens a shared link of an Excel file (with 'People with the link' option selected) without logging into box, date and time functions will not work correctly.
This should be fixed, as it would easily bring about confusion.1 vote -
Improve JPG preview quality
Attempted to use Box Preview and commenting as an approval workflow. JPGs are not viewed 1:1 and the proxy preview image is too low of resolution. Would appreciate some control around the preview settings, or a higher-resolution preview.

Please remove the word "Download" from the download button
Please remove the word "Download" from the download button at the top right of the Box document screen and move it to the edge. Our internal analysis using Pendo revealed that users unfamiliar with Box often click the download button instead of sharing links because of the presence of the word "Download." This leads even experienced file server users to mistakenly press the download button. Please make the button smaller to prevent this.

Preview a file with an external user without requiring them to set up an account
We share a link with our clients to preview and donwload files, but they can't preview it. It was working until yesterday, but today is not anymore.
All the settings are correct.

preview text in monospaced font
It looks like the preview of text files is trying hard to show them in a monospaced font--it wraps the content in both <pre> and <code>--but there seems to be a stray CSS rule that overrides them to make it match the rest of the page instead:
.be *{font-family:inherit}
Sure would be nice if this could be fixed to display text files in monospace as seems to be intended.

preview dst files
I would very much like the ability to preview .dst files in the web version of Box. Dst files are a Tajima embroidery file. Right now we have to preview them via this website. https://ambassador.pulsemicro.com/

Playback of more than 8 audio-tracks (i.e. 16 audio-tracks).
In web-preview: The audio-track selector should offer 16 audio-tracks for playback.

Needing to refresh my page after unlocking a google doc so I can move it is annoying
My users are complaining about all the extra clicks that Box requires vs. other cloud storage solutions. For instance, after unlocking a file, I have to refresh my page before I have the option to move that file. This seems like an easy thing to fix. Auto refresh the page after an unlock so all the file options are available.

Change the seconds to rewind/forward in video preview
As a movie dubbing translator, I need a functionality to rewind/forward 3 seconds. Currently only 5/10 seconds rewind/forward functionality is provided. Since translation for dubbing transcript requires precise timing, we rewind countless times. 5 seconds rewind is too long for a line. It may sound small, but it makes difference to translate hours of movies.

Recommended Content Feature on Preview Page
Proposing the addition of a "Recommended Content" feature on the preview page, similar to the "customers also viewed" suggestions seen on eCommerce sites.
This feature would leverage analytics on how collaborators interact with files, identifying patterns to suggest relevant documents that others have viewed under similar contexts.

Automatic compression functionality
Implement automatic compression of media files (especially videos) or the ability to stream compressed ones only during preview.
Examples of requested features that are useful for business:
Ease preview restrictions on media files.
Eliminate the need to process files (separate or compress files).

In the 3D preview menu bar, I can manually set the desired value such as RenderMode as Shape. Need configuration in ui element or preview link API so that by default RenderMode - Shape is selected

Improve the Level of Fidelity of Text Files Preview in Box's Web App
Can Box please improve the level of fidelity of text files preview in Box's Web App? We have reports that are generated as text files, and these reports are formatted (with spaces) so the information is readable and consistent. Currently, our users have kept providing us with feed back that they are having a hard time using Box's file preview when looking at these reports because Box file preview does not keep the format they have, and as result these reports look messy and sometimes borderline unreadable. Render InDesign files previews with high quality
When Box creates a preview of Indesign .indd files, placed images are shown in low quality only. This prevents to run correction and approval processes with customers as some image formats aren't rendered at all (white images area), especially images with transparencies and vector images like .ai, .eps, but also .psd.
We are an ad agency and we depend on properly rendered previews.
Is there a way to render the previews in correct quality and resolution without beeing forced to create a PDF instead for approval?i can see two options:

When printing important Excel file documents, I want the headers to not be printed.
