1. Items to be included in "GxP_Release_Notes 【日本語】 「GxP_Release_Notes」に掲載いただきたい事項につい

   GxP option is enabled.
   For validation purposes, change management of features released in Box must be done quarterly.
   Specifically, new features to be released to Box are checked in advance, and features that are undesirable to be applied are set to be unavailable.

   Currently, "GxPReleaseNotes" lists the features that will be released to Box.
   However, it does not state whether the feature can be enabled or disabled in the management console.
   It also does not state at what point (version) what features will be added.

   Therefore, you will need to read through all of Box's release notes and update pages, comparing them to each other.
   We believe that the information available on the Web is not comprehensive because it is function-specific pages and is not suitable as evidence for change management.
   This process also takes considerable time and man-hours.

   Please provide the following information in "GxPReleaseNotes".
   ・Information on whether or not the feature is configurable on the management console
   ・Detailed information on what features will be added at what point (version)

   現在、「GxPReleaseNotes」には、Boxにリリースされる予定の機能が記載されています。
   しかしながら、管理コンソールで機能の有効・無効を選択できるものかどうかについては記載されていません。
   また、どの時点(バージョン)で何の機能が追加されるかについても記載されていません。

   そのため、Boxのリリースノートやアップデートページを比較しながらすべてに目を通す必要があります。
   Web上に掲載されている情報は機能ごとのページのため網羅性がなく、変更管理のエビデンスとしては適さないと考えます。
   また、この作業にはかなりの時間と工数がかかります。

2. Group of users

   When I uploaded a new file, the order of the groups was disjointed.
   Example: Everyone: Sales Headquarters
   Sales Headquarters: All
   I want to align the group display neatly, but the order does not change even if I select managed user → upload updated file.
   Support replied that it is not possible. I would like to be able to sort the files even after uploading.

3. Include the "Export" button for Access Stats

   I was directed here by Box Support after they weren't able to provide a solution for the fact that the "Export" button for Access Stats is missing for some Box users. This is not a request for functionality; this is a must to fix. The Export option does exist for some clients and it no longer exists for others. This is a valuable part of the audit trail provided by Access Stats and not be able to export it is a limitation. Again, this works for some Box clients and not others.

4. 2-factor authentication enforceability

   The 2-factor authentication that Box.com currently offers for Enterprise accounts is only applicable for unrecognized logins. Would it be possible for Box.com to offer 2-factor authentication for every login in addition to the current unrecognized logins as an improvement/enhancement in the future release. This would help choose which feature customers want. If a customer wants to strictly enforce 2-step authentication with every login, it would help to have that option available as with the current option, it is not possible to do so except for unrecognized logins.

5. Box GXP compliance

   Could you please provide a full GXP Compliance framework ?

   Up to now, 80% are covered by Box GXP and the other 20% need services from consultancy company such as USDM.
