1. Add themes to folders

   I wanted to deliver a folder of images to a client and they've asked me to theme or brand the folder so they can forward to their guests. This would be great to be able to do.

2. Last modified date affected by added metadata

   Good afternoon,

   When the metadata for a box file record is updated from the UI or from the api, the last modified date and last modified by is not updated. So, it is clear that nowadays only the content itself matters when updating such metadata but if a document altogether with its metadata is considered a unity, it would be good that the modification date would be also changed by a metadata change.

   Please, could you consider to have this implemented?

3. User or Groups listed in the Content Manager sharing window

   When inviting users and groups in the Content Manager, I would like to know more corresponding email addresses and group names listed in the Content Manager sharing window.
   Currently, up to five users or groups appear in the Content Manager.

   It is very inconvenient for tenants with many similar email addresses or group names.

4. Ability to Edit folder contents but Folder cannot be deleted

   Hello,

   I am submitting a feature request for the ability to have Folder contents edited and changed (Add remove files), but users who have Editor permissions cannot delete the folder itself. We had an issue where a folder was deleted that has data sent to it via a Python script. The user meant to delete some contents from the folder, but accidentally deleted the folder itself. The folder name was "Doc Upload Test".

   I was able to get the folder restored through the Box Support team. If there was a feature for each folder where a checkbox was available that has an option where only the Admin account can remove the folder, would be very helpful. I think the cloud storage provider MEGA offers a similar feature. The users you share the folder with can view your files, and add their own files and folders but not edit, delete or move anyone else's files shared in that folder.

5. Employee off-boarding - Transferring ownership in Content Manager

6. Content Manager report export

   Customer would like to export content from content manager in either excel or CSV format. They are looking to use this reporting to delete users and folders of projects that are complete.

8. Unable to see file/folder/metadata details when viewing deleted files

   Scenario: A user deletes a folder and the admin, from content manager, is looking to quickly see which files were in that folder. Conversely, if a file is deleted, it's not easy to see which folder it was in.
