'Not available' error message when accessing a link needs to be more specific.
Please fix the ambiguous 'Not available' and 'Unable to Download File on Box EMM' error messages when users attempt to click on links sent to them that they don't have access to.
Instead of users being sent shared links, they are being sent URL's for files/folders that only the sender has access to (as designed). They are asking for the error message to be more specific, and to say something like the following:
"The requested page does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it, or this is not a Box Shared Link. Please check the URL and try again, or contact the sender for the appropriate permission or for a Box Shared Link."
I agree this should be addressed.
