Allow library of blank forms in Box to be used with DocuSign
Box's implementation of the connector for DocuSign still does not accommodate a our desire to create a library of blank forms hosted in a Box folder that can be used with DocuSign.
Under the current implementation, completed DocuSign files are redeposited back into the originating Box folder thus polluting the library with non-blank documents.

The near-term priority for DocuSign integration is focused around implementing it onto App Activity Stream.
