Please include the Box Sync app to use Windows 10's Metered connection setting. Disabling box sync on metered connection (Cell Hot Spots)

Give the user the option to enable or disable syncing on a metered connection. A lot of the time I want to sync while at home or the office. But I dont need to download 500mb of co-worker changes while I just needed to check my email.

    This should also be added to Box Drive to prevent large downloads in Mark for Offline folders (as we can't pause the 'sync' activity in BDrive)
