API for Box Relay and Relay Lite
As the same as Relay Classic workflow, we would like Box to accept API for Box Relay and Relay Lite.

Scenario: Approver table is defined in a different system and if Relay can integrate with it via API, papar-based workflow can be replaced with flexible way of selecting approver.
