"apply workflow to all subfolders" should be an option for every trigger
When using the "manual start" trigger of a workflow you can check a box that will apply the workflow to all subfolders. This would be useful for all triggers.
Currently I need to create 10+ duplicate work flows that are exactly the same, but applied to separate folders.
I am unable to use the "manual start" trigger because the workflow is most efficiently start by an external collaborator - and Box does not enable external collaborators to start manual workflows

I'd like to see this in Box Automate as well. Here's an example of a problem I'm trying to solve where this would be the solution:
I have a parent folder called Safety Meetings. Inside that folder are subfolders for each year, and in those subfolders are the safety meeting minutes for the given year.
I want a workflow so that anytime someone uploads a file into one of the year folders, a notification goes out to a group of people (the group notification is a separate enhancement request!).
Right now, if I want to do this, I need to create a separate workflow for each of the year folders. And each year, come January 1, I need to add a new folder, then configure an additional workflow. It's not really a sustainable or efficient way to manage automations like this.

Please forget 'manual start'.
If file upload triggers were also effective on subfolders, Relay's use cases would expand significantly.

This issue is due to the fact that you must be an editor or higher user with user privileges to launch a manual workflow.
However, if you have a viewer that has the ability to launch a manual workflow, or a user right like a viewer / uploader, the problem will be cleared.
I also can't grant permissions well because of this, and I can't use the manual workflow.
Request the implementation of user privileges below the editor privileges that can launch the workflow.
