Incorporate Box Sign in Box Relay
Including the ability to ask for signatures with Box Sign as an action on Relay would be useful, just as being able to assign a task which is available at the moment. This is vital especially in the case of approvals that need to be legally valid.

Box Sign is now integrated with Box Relay. We have introduced a New ‘Sign event’ trigger in Relay based on completed / cancelled / expired / declined document status in Box Sign to Select one or many file / folder / task / metadata / notification outcomes in Relay to build downstream workflow. We would like to be able to set up a workflow with specified steps on the side of the person who provides the signature.
Because it is currently not possible to integrate it into the workflow.(In Japanese)

Totally necessary, after an approval cycle a document needs to be signed by the participants and / or area involved. Currently, signatures can be requested manually, but as always users can make mistakes, delay, ask for unnecessary signatures to the subject, etc. It is best to perform the task as automatically as possible within the BOX Relay flow. I hope it will be implemented soon.

Ability to trigger task to setup a Box Sign activity for the document approved inside Box Relay workflow. Collaboration between lawyers over contracts is covered using Box Relay however once all parties have agreed to wording, trigger a task to have admin setup Box Sign activity to get all lawyers to sign-off on document.
