Slow video preview
Video files take way too long until the preview starts. Shuttling is not possible until completely buffered.
To solve this, the preview could be converted in the background into a more web friendly file that starts immediately and allows shuttling. As offered by many other services.

We have made significant enhancements to video preview performance, including launch time and jumping/scrubbing without waiting.
