Box AI agent - configuring response with username & Add custom suggested questions
Scenario:
We're setting up Box AI Agent for our HR team.
Issues we ran into:
Personalisation:
We can't include usernames in the AI’s responses because account information isn’t part of the selected hub. Even when using custom instructions, this information isn’t accessible.
Custom Questions:
We aren’t able to add customised potential questions when setting up the AI Agent, which would help guide users and improve the experience.
Why this matters to us:
For HR, it’s important that people feel cared for and personally supported. Being able to personalise the AI’s responses and customise its questions would help us create a better, more human experience for our colleagues. We believe many organisations share this value and would benefit from having more flexibility in how the AI Agent can be configured.
