In our company, we create dedicated folders for each project to manage personal information.
For each project folder, we export a User Activity Report related to file management and share it with the inspectors responsible for each project on site.
Since this task needs to be performed regularly, we use the schedule feature of the report.

Because the "Affected Folders and Files," "Invite as Viewer," and "Repeat Every" differ for each project, we have to manually configure the Schedule Report settings one by one for each case.
Currently, with Box's reporting feature, it is not possible to batch configure these settings.
As a result, a significant amount of effort is required to perform the initial setup of the report schedules.

If a feature were implemented that allows importing the output conditions (filter settings) of the User Activity Report from a CSV file, we believe it would be possible to reduce this workload.
The intended user experience is similar to the bulk addition of users.

＜CSV 経由でユーザーアクティビティレポートのスケジュール設定を一括インポートする＞

弊社では、個人情報管理のため、専用フォルダを案件毎に作成しています。
その案件フォルダ毎にファイル管理に関するユーザーアクティビティレポートをエクスポートし、現場の各案件の点検者に連携しています。
また、この作業は定期的に必要となるため、レポートをのスケジュール機能を利用しています。

「対象のフォルダ」「共有先」「出力頻度」は案件ごとに異なるため、レポートのスケジュール設定をひとつずつ手作業で行わなければなりません。
現状、Boxのレポート機能では、これらの設定を一括で行うことができません。
そのため、レポートのスケジュールを初期設定するのにかなりの工数を取られています。

ユーザーアクティビティレポートの出力条件(フィルタ設定)をCSVファイルから取り込めるような機能が実装されれば、工数を削減可能と考えます。
